MOTHER'S CINNAMON ROLLS
1. Heat 1 cup milk, add 1 1/2 cube butter and add 1 cup sugar. Cool. Beat 2 eggs, add 1 teaspoon salt. 2. Dissolve 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon yeast in 1/3 cup warm water until foamy. 3. Use rubber spatula to mix flour into No. 1. (3 cups). Add yeast, mix well.

Let rise until light then add flour to make a fairly stiff dough using spatula. Work well until smooth and elastic (flour as needed). Grease bowl, let raise, work down once. Make into cinnamon rolls or anything your fancy dictates. Bake at 375 degrees until done. Approximately 50 to 60 minutes.

ICING:

Powdered sugar, water and vanilla. Pinch of salt. Spread on rolls while still warm.
