2 lbs. Potatoes O'Brien
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
Parmesan cheese

Grease casserole. Mix ingredients except Parmesan, put in dish. Sprinkle Parmesan over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. (I sometimes add milk to mixture so it won't be too dry.)
