POTATO CASSEROLE O'BRIEN 
1 bag potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together melted butter and potatoes. Add other ingredients.

Bake in a 9 x 13 greased pan at 325°F for 1 hour.
