CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix together well and pat in bottom of greased springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beat well after adding each one

Stir in: 1 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 450 degrees, 10-15 minutes. Then at 250 degrees, 35-45 minutes.
