EASY ELFIN CHOCOLATE CHIP
CHEESECAKE
 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar, blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip; blend well. Stir in chips. Spoon into crust. Chill 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings or fruit if desired.
