CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. (6 oz.) mini chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Chip. Blend well. Stir in mini chocolate chips, spoon into crust. Chill until set, approximately 4 hours. Garnish with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings.
