MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. dry cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add water all at once and beat well. Add salad dressing and beat well again. Pour into a floured and greased tube or 2 (9") layer cake pans. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Ice with favorite frosting.
