BLENDER MAYONNAISE 
1 lg. egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chilled salad oil

Combine egg, mustard, salt, lemon juice and 1/4 cup oil in blender. Blend on low speed. Uncover immediately and pour in remaining oil in a steady slow steam.
