CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1 1/2 c. water or coffee
3 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in water or coffee
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Mix at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 2 (9 inch) layer cakes.
