MINT CUPS 
1 1/4 c. mint chocolate chips
8 oz. vanilla Choc-o-lait chips
24 (1") size candy cups

Melt mint chips. Save 1 tablespoon for garnish. Spoon rounded teaspoonful in each candy cup. Melt vanilla chips. Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls over the mint layer. With fork, drizzle reserved mint chocolate cover tops (may have to re- warm). Store in refrigerator. 98 calories each.
