TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 box (8 oz.) spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimientos, drained (optional)
additional shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions, drain. Transfer to a large bowl; then add the next ten ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 cake pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.

Bake uncovered at 375°F for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
