CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt
8 to 10 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. diced pimento
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Sauté meat and onions in butter. Add soup, milk, pimento, marjoram, salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti in boiling water; drain. Put in a butter 9 x 13 pan. Pour sauce over. Top with cheeses.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
