COUNTRY SPARE RIBS WITH
SAUERKRAUT
 
Country spare ribs
1 chopped onion
1 can sauerkraut
1/2 c. applesauce or cut up fresh apples

Broil or pan fry ribs. In a bowl mix sauerkraut, onion and applesauce. Put cooked ribs in a baking pan, cover with sauerkraut mixture, cover the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
