TEXAS TORNADO CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients and add 2 eggs and 2 cups (20 ounces) undrained crushed pineapple. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

Topping: Mix and boil for 1 minute 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 stick butter, and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 cup coconut and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over hot cake.
