COFFEE LIQUEUR 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. instant coffee
1/2 c. boiling water
3 1/2 c. vodka
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and syrup; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Dissolve coffee in boiling water and cool to room temperature. Mix with syrup. Add vodka and vanilla. Pour into hot sterilized bottles; cover with caps or corks. Serve in a shot glass.
