HAM BALL 
1 can tender chunked ham, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 c. chopped pecans

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley flakes, onion, mustard, Tabasco sauce and drained ham. Refrigerate until firm. Form into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with your favorite crackers.
