CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 cooked chicken breasts
2 lb. broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli. Place in bottom of casserole. Top with cooked chicken and water chestnuts. Mix soups, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over casserole. Top with cheese and then untoasted bread crumbs. Bake 30-45 minutes.
