COD WITH LEMON CURRY SAUCE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
2 lb. cod or other fish
1 sm. lemon, sliced thin

1. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, sherry, curry, and lemon juice.

2. Sprinkle the onion in a large baking dish, arrange fish on it. Spread sauce evenly over fish and lemon sliced over sauce.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until fish just flakes. Can be cut in half for 3-4.

I made only the sauce using the first 5 ingredients as I had pan-seared my Cod. I also made it non-dairy using Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream and substituted Cream Sherry (all I had on hand). I just put it all in the skillet I used for the fish and cooked and stirred it a few minutes. I also over cooked it on too high a temp and the mayo separated. Don't do that.
Really tasty! I am making this again and again.
