SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, raw, grated, preferably butternut
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, sprig parsley
Salt and pepper
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
4 beaten eggs

Mix all together, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
