CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can crisp chow mein noodles
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat in a little oil. Add onions and celery; saute. Add soup, water, soy sauce and rice. Mix. Bake in covered casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and add crisp chow mein noodles. Mix thoroughly, sprinkling a few over top. Bake 20 minutes more, uncovered.
