MRS. DUFFY'S UPSIDE DOWN CHINESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 can water chestnuts, cut up
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Brown meat and onion together in a frying pan. Add the celery, water chestnuts, soup mix and soup. Place in a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then put the Chinese noodles on top and bake for 10 minutes more.
