CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
Salt and pepper (little)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped and toasted almonds
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Sprinkle chicken with lemon and soy sauce. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Add everything else (except almonds and noodles) and mix lightly.
