CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chow mein vegetables
3 c. hot water
1/2 c. uncooked rice (NOT Minute rice)
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
3 tsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. Stir occasionally. Last 1/2 hour, add 1 can Chinese noodles. Save a few noodles to sprinkle on top.
