COCONUT CREAM POUND CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
3 eggs
1 c. coconut

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. coconut flavoring

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan. Combine all cake ingredients except coconut at low speed. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Fold in coconut. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 25 minutes, invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.

Blend all glaze ingredients except coconut until smooth. Spoon over cooled cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
