ONION-CHEESE BREAD | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 c. grated sharp cheese 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. melted butter Saute onion in 1 tbsp. butter. Combine egg and milk. Add to Bisquick mix and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Add onion and half of cheese. Spread dough in round 8 inch baking pan. Top with remaining cheese and drizzle the 2 tbsp. butter over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. 6 servings. |
