ONION - CHEESE SUPPER BREAD | |
1/2 c. chopped onions, sauteed 1 egg 1/2 c. low-fat milk 1 3/4 c. Bisquick 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. poppy seed Beat egg and milk. Stir in Bisquick. Mix onion and 1/2 cup cheese in batter. Spread in a greased 8 inch round pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot! |
