ONION AND CHEESE BREAD 
4 slices bacon, cook until crisp, drain, and crumble
1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked until clear
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten

Stir together onion, sour cream, and cheese. Roll dough out 7 x 17 inch; place above mix on 1 inch from sides; roll up like jelly roll. Seal. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Let rise until doubled. Slit top and brush with egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until brown. Store in tin foil; reheat, have loose in tin foil and heat in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
