Freeze 1 can evaporated milk
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
Dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Reg. milk

Beat evaporated milk until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Add egg yolks, beat well and add salt and vanilla. Beat whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into gallon freezer can, fill to fill line with regular milk. Freeze as directed.
