HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vanilla
Ice and rock salt for freezing
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 can Milnot
1 pt. half and half
1/2 gallon milk, approximately

Beat well the eggs and add sugar. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, lemon extract, Milnot, and half and half. Mix well. Pour into freezer container and finish with milk. Freeze and enjoy!
