2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can Pet milk
1 pt. half and half
1 pt. whipping cream
Pinch of salt
Milk to make a gallon

Cream together sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine all ingredients, except milk. Mix well. Put in freezer container and add milk.
