2 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. quick cooking oats 1/2 c. sugar (Sugar Twin) 1 egg 1/3 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. dates or mashed bananas 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts Combine ingredients; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Pour batter into greased and floured muffin tins. (Makes about 18 muffins.) Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
