DIET LEMON PIE 
1 lite Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes vanilla sugar free pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tub Crystal Light lemonade
2 graham cracker crusts

Combine pudding and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and Crystal Light. Pour into graham cracker crusts and refrigerate.

this is so easy and soooooo good! I top it with Greek yogurt (high in protein and 0 fat) and fresh fruit! The whole family loves it! Once made.. gone too fast. Think I will try with lime crystal light, and add kiwi.
