BANANA ROLL-UPS 
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. heavy cream (whipping)
1 tsp. salt
6 bananas, sliced in 1/2 lengthwise
Cinnamon to taste
1 tsp. sugar

Cut shortening into flour as for pie crust. Beat egg, cream and salt together; add to flour mixture. Form into a small ball and divide into 3 pieces. Roll out portions and cut into 6 inch squares.

Put 1/2 banana on each square and roll up. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and put on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Top with whipped cream. Serves 12.
