4 very lg. potatoes, boiled
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 stick butter
1 c. of your favorite cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions (tops & all), chopped
Bacon, crisp and crumbled

Cool potatoes and grate. In top of double boiler, combine cream, butter and cheese until melted. Mix potatoes and cream and place in casserole (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Top with sour cream, onions and bacon and bake another 5 or 6 minutes.
