SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 can pineapple chunks (save juice)
1 c. diced American cheese (Velveeta)
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Drain pineapple well, save juice. Combine flour, sugar, egg and juice; cook until thick. Watch for burning. Remove from heat; add cheese, stir until melted. Pour over pineapple in greased casserole pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
