SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE (Microwave) 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
4 slices bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and milk. Add pineapple; mix well. Fold in bread cubes. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook on full power (high) about 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
