SCALLOP PINEAPPLE 
1 #2 can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. butter croutons

Mix pineapple and cheese. Mix flour and sugar. Add pineapple juice and heat until blended. Do Not Boil! Put pineapple/cheese mixture into 9 x 9 inch pan. Top with buttered croutons. Pour sauce over croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
