SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
3-4 c. bread crumbs (no crusts)
3/4 c. butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
3 beaten eggs
2-3 tbsp. milk (over top to make it brown)

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good with ham or poultry. Serves 10. (Use a 9 x 13 inch pan, lightly greased.)
