SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 c. bread, broken into pieces (no crusts)
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Mix above ingredients together, add bread to the mixture. Bake in a greased 1 1/4 quart dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or more if needed. Good served as a side dish with ham or any other roast.
