SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
4 c. fresh bread crumbs 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. melted butter 1 tsp. pineapple flavoring Toss together bread crumbs and pineapple. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Melt butter; add sugar. Beat in eggs. Add flavoring. Pour this mixture over pineapple and bread mixture in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Can be made day before and refrigerated until time to bake.) |
