STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Combine cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs and oil. Fold in strawberries. Bake at 325 degrees in layer (or sheet pan) pans until cake tests done.

STRAWBERRY ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 c. strawberries

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat 15 to 20 minutes. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated after spreading on layers.
