STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. fresh strawberries, divided and chopped

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. By hand, beat eggs together with cooking oil and water until thoroughly mixed. Blend into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in 1 cup of the strawberries and juice mixture and mix until well blended.

Prepare 2 (8-inch) square baking dishes with waxed paper and grease. Pour batter in pans. Cook each layer separately for 5-6 minutes on FULL powder in microwave, rotating 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Allow each layer to cool in pan on wire rack for 8-10 minutes, then turn onto plates. Ice.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. strawberries, drained

Cream butter. Gradually add confectioners sugar and cream. Add strawberries and mix thoroughly. Ice cake. Refrigerate to allow icing to set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
