STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 white cake mix
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. strawberries

Mix oil, strawberries and milk separately. Gradually add cake mix, eggs, pecans, coconut and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into greased 9 inch cake pan (will make 3 layers). Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool layers completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. strawberries
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar, sifted

Cream butter and strawberries together. Add other ingredients slowly. Mix well. Cool layers completely before frosting.
