COFFEE CAKE 
1 loaf frozen bread
1/2 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
Spoonful of cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey (opt.)

Cut loaf into 16 pieces and place in ungreased bundt pan. Sprinkle pudding and cinnamon over bread pieces. Melt butter, sugar and brown sugar together (honey, optional). Blend well and pour over bread. Let rise overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. HINT: Take out of pan before butter hardens!
