HONEY WALNUT CAKE (LEKACH) 
1/2 c. sweet unsalted butter
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp. Egg Beaters
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream together butter, brown sugar and honey. Add Egg Beaters and continue beating until mixture is fluffy. Mix in flour, instant coffee, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, skim milk and walnuts until well blended. Spread batter in a greased 8" baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 1 (8") square cake. 9 servings.
