GOOD FOR YOU COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar or honey equivalent
1/2 c. butter
1 carton egg substitute
1 c. vanilla yogurt
2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. quick cooking oats

Blend together sugar, 1/2 cup butter, egg substitute. Stir in yogurt. In separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Then add to mixture. Beat until batter is smooth. Pour half of batter into 9 inch or 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle with half of topping (mixed until crumbly). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then add other half of topping.
