LICKEN GOOD COFFEE CAKE | |
1/4 lb. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Put half of batter into 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and nuts. Top with rest of batter and rest of topping. Swirl topping through cake with spatula. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
