SQUASH CASSEROLE DISH 
1 onion
2 carrots
1 (8 oz.) can sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 1/2 lb. squash

Slice and boil squash until done. Chop onions. Grate carrots. Mix in chicken soup. Pour 1/2 of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
