SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 can undiluted cream of onion soup 1 sm. carton sour cream 2 eggs Cooked squash to fill casserole dish (yellow summer squash) Boil onion with squash (yellow summer). Drain. Mix all ingredients together. Top with Ritz crackers, crushed. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. |
