GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
2 cans green beans or 1 quart
2/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cornflakes (crushed)
1 tbsp. butter

Combine butter and flour and heat in microwave or on top of the stove until thickened. Add salt, pepper, onion and sour cream and cream together.

Fold the green beans and white sauce together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle over the top cheese, then top with cornflake crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
